Let's tour our office:

We hope you don't have to wait very long, but even for a few minutes, relax, read, enjoy refreshments, surf the web, play computer games.  We have a TV with movies for the kids (no matter what age).

Here is our very best picture of our dark room.  We really don't use it very much as most of our x-rays are now digital.  Much less radiation; they are instant (no need for developing).  We have to keep the door closed or all the dark leaks out.

This is a picture of one of our operatories.  We have 5 operatories, Dr. Pfost uses the first 3 and the hygienist uses the other 2.  This is the area that cell phones are not allowed as we need to be able to work on your mouth and it's pretty impossible to talk at the same time.

Air Abrasion "Drill-less Dentistry".  This technology is great if we don't have to remove silver fillings.  Most fillings on front teeth can be done with air abrasion avoiding the need for an injection.  For those that don't like the sound of the drill, that sound is eliminated also.

Wand Computer-Controlled Injection System.  Makes injections more comfortable as the numbing agent is released very slowly.

Diode Laser - this laser is used mostly by the hygienist.  It can be used on soft tissue only.  In other words, you can't use it to remove cavities from a tooth.  It works very well in periodontal cases as it will clean the pocketed area and then kill the bacteria allowing the pocket to heal.

I-Glasses to view your favorite movie during treatment.  We have several movies on hand.  If you would like to view a movie during your treatment, just let us know.
